When ruggedly sexy backcountry guide Grey

Review: I loved everything about this book right until the very end, which felt a bit rushed, hence the four-star rating instead of five.
I liked that the romance between the two main characters develops along a period of several months, because those novels where people meet, fall in love and live happily ever after in just a few days somehow never seem very realistic. I liked the a-bit-less-than perfect male hero - Grey's dyslexia may have prevented him from getting higher education, but he's still fighting to make his dreams come true and comes across as a really inspiring character. And I liked the way Grey and Avery deal with their physical attraction through a series of difficult situations that could have kept them apart but instead make them - and their love - grow stronger. Avery was my least favorite of the pair for most of the book, but she redeemed herself at the very end.
This is a lovely romance story that you will not want to put down, so I recommend it. It is also the first book I've read by Jamie Beck but I will certainly come back for more.
